INSTRUCTIONS:
Simply cut out your desired design as close to the image as possible, briefly dip it in water, and then carefully place or slide it onto the nail.
Let it dry briefly, then seal with a clear top coat as usual.
Water-slide decals consist of an ultra-thin film on a backing paper that releases easily in water. Once released, the decals can be slid onto a variety of surfaces.
