Instructions:
Simply cut out the desired design as close to the image as possible, place it briefly in water, and then carefully slide or position it onto the nail.
Allow it to dry briefly, then seal with clear top coat as usual.
Water-slide decals consist of an ultra-thin film on a backing paper that releases easily in water. Once released, the decals can be slid onto various surfaces.
